Patna Women’s College students went to Khagaul, a village located at the outskirts of Patna on Saturdays to coach the class IX and X Mahadalit children, who were studying in various Government schools. This was done in collaboration with the Patna Jesuits, who run an NGO named ‘Manthan’ for these children. Our students conducted classes in English, Mathematics, Science, Geography etc. The Department of Geography coordinated these activities.
